Q: What type of hats do you use?
A: We use high-quality OTTO brand trucker hats — structured, comfortable, and built to last.
Q: Why is embroidery better than patches or printing?
A: Embroidery gives each hat a textured, elevated look — it’s built into the hat, not stuck on. It feels intentional, premium, and made to last.
Q: Are the hats adjustable?
A: Yes! All of our hats are one size fits most with a snapback closure.
Q: Do you offer kids’ sizes?
A: Not at this time.

💌 CUSTOM ORDERS

Q: Do you take custom orders?
A: Yes! Minimum of 12 hats and a 4 week turnaround from finalizing your design. Please fill out THIS FORM to get started. 
Q: Can I order just one custom hat?
A: At this time, custom orders require a minimum of 12 hats — perfect for events, teams, or businesses!
Q: Can one hat be a different color compared to all the others (for the bride, for example!)
A: At this time, all hats have to be the same color with the same color embroidery as well.
Q: Can I sent you my logo to put on a hat?
A: Absolutely! You can upload it directly to THIS FORM and I'll send you a mockup within 72 hours.
Q: I want to place a custom order, but I need help. Can you help me come up with ideas?
A: 100%!! Just provide as much information as possible regarding your event (theme, colors, location, inspo pics, etc) and I will get back to you with design ideas you can choose from :) 

🧼 CARE & USE

Q: Can I wear my hat while working out or running?
A: Yes — but stick to foam truckers. They have a built-in sweatband and mesh back for ventilation. Canvas hats are not made for sweating and may stain.
Q: What’s the best way to clean my hat?
A: Spot clean only. Use mild soap, a soft brush or cloth, and let it air dry. Never machine wash or dry.
Q: Can I leave my hat in the car?
A: We don’t recommend it — heat and sun can warp the shape and fade the color over time.

📦 SHIPPING

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: In-stock hats ship in 3–5 business days. Pre-orders or custom orders ship based on the timeline listed in the description.
Q: What happens if I order a pre-order hat and a ready-to-ship hat?
A: Your full order will ship once the pre-order hat is ready. If you need something sooner, we recommend placing two separate orders.

A: We’re always open to creative ideas. Reach out via email with your concept and details.
Q: Do you do wholesale or bulk gifting for events?
A: Yes! We offer wholesale pricing and custom orders for businesses, retreats, weddings, and more. Minimums apply — email us to get started.
Q: I saw you at a pop-up — can I shop online too?
A: Yes! If something sold out in person, check the site — we often restock online first.
